A service update in the wake of cyclone Gabrielle:
> All of our laboratories are currently fully operational
> As of last night, NZ Couriers has advised that freight is now being moved between the North and South Islands.
> We are working out the logistics to ensure samples are moved around the country, between our laboratories and subcontractors as best we can
> Northland and Hawke’s Bay remain cut off, and transport from these areas is currently limited or non-existent
> There will possibly be local delays with courier deliveries, so expect testing turn-around-times for samples to be longer than normal
> The supply of consumable items from our Hamilton and Christchurch laboratories will also be affected by any restricted or delayed courier service.
