We implemented our new call centralisation system in August with the aim that all calls to our network be answered promptly and to a high standard of service.
Thank you to customers who provided feedback on how this change has met your needs since it was implemented. As a direct result of this feedback, we will be re-instating the option to contact your local laboratory directly, rather than being directed to the centralised queue – effective date 5 October 2023. This change will ensure you are connected to the right people within our network as seamlessly as possible.
Spring is our busy season and during peak times (early morning and afternoons) our teams may not always be able to answer your phone calls immediately. If we miss your call, please leave us a detailed message (or send us an email) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
